After setting up your account you have the option to Create a Group or to Join a Group. If your lab is new to any of our applications, you should create a group. If your lab is already using eLABInventory, and you want to get access to that lab, you should send a request to the group administrator to join the group.
Click Join Group to see a list of all labs in your company or institute. Choose the desired lab in your organisation by clicking Request an invitation. Note that groups in the system are automatically linked to an organisation when the group is created by a user. Users are linked to an organisation in a system based on their email domain. In case your lab moves to another organisation, please contact us to migrate your group.
After sending the request, the administrator of the group receives an email notification as well as a message on the dashboard about the sent request.
