When an order has been created for an item in the Product Catalog, the order is added to the lab's shopping list where users can track its progress through the procurement cycle. Orders are sorted according to their status into the following pages:


  • Pending Orders – orders that have been submitted and are awaiting purchase
  • Ordered – orders that have been purchased and are en route to the lab
  • Received Orders - orders that have been received by the lab
  • Completed Orders - archive of all past orders that have been completed


Note: does not automatically update linked sample infromation

The lab shopping list shows items that have run out of stock and that should be ordered, are ordered or have been received. In the completed orders tab, you will find an archive of all items that have been ordered in the past.








Use the Filters in the Shopping List to browse through the different lists.



Use the export button to export selected products to excel. When no products are selected all pending orders will be exported to excel. 




To update the status select products and chose in the drop down Update Order Status 





Search for products use the search bar in Pending Orders
