If you forgot your password, please click the Forgot password? link in the lower-right corner of the login menu.


 


Next, enter the email address registered to your account. This should always be your organization email address. Click Send Link to receive an email to reset your password.





Click the link in the email to confirm your password reset request. You will receive a second email with your new password. Once you have successfully logged in with your new credentials, you can change your password in the account settings.

Troubleshooting


You may not have received an email for one of the following reasons:


  • The email ended up in your spam folder.
  • You did not enter the correct email address. Please make sure to use an institute or company e-mail address.
  • Your account is not properly activated. Check your mailbox for an email to confirm your account registration.
  • Your account is linked with an organisation-specific login (LDAP/SSO/AD) and passwords are thus not stored in eLabInventory.


If you still cannot log into your account after checking these steps, please submit a password reset request to our support team.
